Joker vs Aracde

A battle of two dangerou psychopath killers that both dress in suits mainly, and both comb their hair back.

Joker..easily.

That doesn't look like Arcade.

And its kinda hard to put Arcade in a regular fight.  He only deals with traps.  In Murderworld, he takes on teams of heroes.  Outside of it, he doesn't have any powers.
