Okay, so I have never seen John Wick, but this seemed like a great battle so I sat down and watched it, now, I can give my two cents.
Round 1: I'm giving it to Wick. He was shown to be amazing with firearms. He almost never missed a target and even with for double taps to make sure they were down. Conversely, McCall almost never used guns, he instead opted for melee weapons, or h2h combat. So, in a gunfight, Wick wins without too much struggle.
Round 2: Equalizer. As mentioned above, his specialty is h2h. He seemed to have a nearly inhuman method of predicting a person's moves, weaknesses, surveying the surroundings he can use to his advantage and predict how a fight will go and how long it will take. Wick on the other hand was more of a gunslinger, whenever he did get into a fist fight, it took him awhile to put guys down.
Round 3: This is the most interesting round and it can go either way, both are shown to be capable of scouting locations and infiltrating heavily armed buildings, but I give the slight edge to Equalizer. Not only has he scouted places, but he turns those places into death traps, sets up elaborate traps to maim and kill. He also easily broke into a Russian mob boss' home (killing the guards in the process) and set up a method of having the guy electrocuted. I think McCall uses prep better than Wick who seemed to scout places and just sorta bust in, guns ablazin'.
