Joe. He has the advantage in size, strength, speed, and depth perception. Leela is good, but she seems better because she is always surrounded by slobs. Leela's never faced an opponent like Joe. Joe beat 3 armed attackers who were intent on crippling him. He also survived multiple gunshot wounds, and has been shot in the spine 2-3 times. The guy is tough.

Yeah, Joe may have beaten his friends, but Quagmire is a stick, so c'mon. And Cleveland and Peter are fat, slow, and stupid. Leela is fast, is trained in karate, and has faught people that are formidible opponents, and just just Fry or somebody that's fat and stupid. And if you think Joe has a chance with his pistol, Leela would most likely have a laser gun, so there's no contest there.
