Thor is a difficult one to rank, because he does have low showings like losing to muscle heads,  if you anger Thor he fights stupid 
but the guy has no weakness whatsoever. Its not as if you can press a button and take him out with kryptonite or red sun rads plus he's got crazy durability.
So I'm not sure Reed with a days prep can beat Thor so easy

I don't think giving one incredibly smart guy a day of prep time is enough to defeat the JLA and the JSA the TT and the X men
