The technique you also showed only works if he's way stronger than Jiren which it's not, if anything the real question is how does Toriko even get past Jiren passive aura, quick and simple answer he doesn't, he won't, and he loses.
Not to mention SSJ Goku has planetary level striking power when fighting 100% Freeza on Namek. Freeza can survive the force of a planet explosion with ease, yet the force of SSJ Goku punches were wrecking him. By the time we get to SSJ3 Goku Vs Kid Buu we see the shockwaves of their punches cover large portions of the Kaioshin planet. The Kai planet is bigger than stars. Toriko doesn't have any planet busting feats, only statements and punches with shockwaves the size of a slightly bigger earth. Goku in base form when fighting Beerus dressed as monaka was going to destroy the earth with their punch clash as stated by Whis.
When SSG Goku and Beerus punches clashed they weren't even fighting at full power. And that had universe levels of force that they BOTH contributed to. That's multi-galaxy++ levels of punching power that created a universe busting energy.
Jiren is above all this with ease and Toriko is not even a large planet buster in punching power.
Jiren destroys fodder and his verse with a flick, hell base Goku post god ki amp would already no sell and flick him away like fodder he is, let alone Jiren

Routines, his attacks cause his opponent to see their death before it happen. good way to psych them out
Gourmet luck and help alots. allow some of his enemy attacks to miss
also got some good regeneration thanks to gourmet cells.
he can even use Back Channel a little which allows time to flow differently around them..

nah slower characters than Toriko have reacted to beams moving at 100x ftl and Zebra can casually dodge Light speed attacks by dancing.
They're definitely got the speed edge and hax edge. they just lacking in destruction feats and even then they are not far off from Z.

This brainless DB lowball again? They do not, DBZ characters have striking as good as their beams as shown many times, from Freiza overpowering and reflecting large planet level blast Saitama style at 1% with " just kick"

How do you think they can tank their blasts and hurt each other with their punches? Their blasts do damage by force not heat as said here, and since you probably dont know that(too much for your brain to comprehend probably) force is what deals damage in punch and if they can tank solar system level force in their blasts, Toriko punch is not doing much at all to them which shows who has better physicals here

Hardly brainless, and again, this has been done to death, but physical striking feats in DBZ are still sub-par compared to their energy projection; and no, they are not the same.
As you said, Freiza in final form casually kicked away Vegeta's best attack (which would have easily been planet level+ in AP), yet then Goku gave Freiza a decent fight- the same Goku who started sweating bullets when Freiza threw a mountain at him and cut a large cavern in the planet (Toriko did the same thing casually to a planet much larger than Earth and almost cut the planet in two, with pure physicals). There is definitely inconsistency here.
Midora wasn't stressing about deflecting multiple large planet level attacks at once, and he's well below EOS Toriko. Also, in terms of speed, anyone on the level of the Beast Kings is LS, and they were pretty much fodder for Fused Acacia. The problem with DBZ is that the showings start to dim a bit after Freiza and you have to rely more on scaling.

The mountain thing doesn't mean anything lol. They can amp other objects and other clothes with energy which they do pretty often. Unless you think Frieza is sword level or Zamasu is iron rod level.

He's buu saga tier IMO
He also has
Devil Sense He can learn everything about a target just by sniffing and can pull out their soul just by sniffing.
Enbu Lets him control all 60 trillion cells in his body and that enhance his speed strength power etc and let him walk in an area with 100x gravity without getting push down to the ground also gives him so good regen like how Enbu monkeys can regenerate their head after they been ripped off
