Jigen takes it.
Jiren is a brick. Jigen has hax, is extremely skilled and he is very intelligent as well.
That's just not true. Jiren has a TON of abilities, including energy punches, energy balls and energy waves, forcefields, flight, telekinesis, time bending and more. His eyesight alone has like 5 abilities too. And he is skilled enough to fight on the technical level of Goku, who is a genius way beyond the likes of Jigen.
Not to mention that Jiren is pretty much completely hax resistant. No hax has worked on him so far, including time stopping, time warping, sealing, trans dimensional phasing, power of love, invisible attacks, genkidama, etc. Also next to nothing can hurt him, including universal+ levels of energy, blades that bypass durability, pressure point attacks, etc.
Even if his stats were toned down, if all of his qualities remain unchanged, there is nothing Jigen can do to beat him.
