If that's the case, then he won't be scared, but pissed and he would rain down on him like no one else.

In terms of fear overall, Jiraiya doesn't seem to have any actual fears or personal dilemmas other than not getting with Tsunade.

He's cheery, grown, and had no real fears, so he shouldn't have a problem with Pennywise.

If this is the book version, He'll float too.
