• Standard Gear and Abilities for The Slayer
• All of Jin's gear and skills are maxed out (no access to Mythic Techniques)
• Win by any means necessary

Close battle, I'd give it to Goblin Slayer for a slight majority, 6/10. Jin is probably faster and more skilled, but Slayer is way stronger and way more durable. Plus he has the armor advantage. I don't see Jin being able to tak him down before going down more often than not.
