How far does he make it?
I highly doubt Jin beats the guy who was beating up Pre Crisis Superboy with no super powers but his own skill, and who casually breaks giant meteorites in a single strike
It'd stop at Karate Kid if he actually did beat up Pre-Crisis Superboy with skill alone.
He beat down and put Superboy in a hold that he couldn't get out of right away http://i.imgur.com/DTp4Kh9.jpg
In his original debut, he fights Superboy and actually puts pressure on him https://imgur.com/a/YVLFt
Here's him breaking a falling meteorite in a single blow http://i.imgur.com/uT2TWZ3.jpg
He also put a individual clone of Superboy in a hold that he couldn't break out of https://imgur.com/a/acjH5
And yeah, Karate Kid has absolutely no amps, no powers- everything he does is skill alone. http://i.imgur.com/m9iiLRT.jpg
@diarrhearegatta: Damn. Would that be considered a mismatch then?
At the very least a Tekken character, Feng Wei, smashed a volcanic rock with a single punch. It's also heavily implied that Jin, Kazuya, and Heihachi are the strongest of the verse but there's no definitive reasoning for putting Base Jin's AP higher than Feng Wei's besides narrative.
@asianantics: Idk about Jin's stats so I can't say if it's a mismatch or not. It might be, I guess.
@juiceboks: Well, base Jin is at least equal to his father and grandfather and Heihachi delivered a fight to Akuma and Kazuya even stalemated him.
It is also the case that Jin>Kazuya>Heihachi, although it is just a small difference between those three
@ready_4_madness: Outside of Akuma scaling then no, but as I admitted above he should beat BP with it.
