Chris and Jill have every single weapon from Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil 3 Remake including anti-regen rounds, the handcanon, the railgun, and incendiary weapons.

Chris and Jill are fully prepared and sent to the location of Venom’s rampage believing he is a BOW. Venom sees more puny soldiers and wants to eat them. Win by death or retreat.

Personally I think Chris and Jill both have a lot of experience dealing with people like Venom so they know how to counter his powers, and they have the weaponry to hurt him, so they should win.

Venom has some feats that put him above most, if not every Bioweapon Jill and Chris have ever faced. However, having the weaponry they have and as someone already pointed out, the experience in dealing with similar organisms (although not as powerful), means they have a solid chance at winning. If Venom goes all out for the kill, he should win more often than not tho.

If it's current versions I think Venom edges it out. Though he should get killed 3/10. It this was Boulder Puncher Chris and RE5 Jill (brainwashed or not). Venom loses at least 6/10.

@thewatcherking: If you actually follow RE then you know it's not a mismatch. They already fight Bioweapons like Venom on occasion. They are toned down versions. But ultimately Venom is nothing new for them and they have actually prepped for the fight. These versions of the character can kill him at least 3/10 times.

Also I realize this isn't canon. But Capcom and Marvel both probably agree that this isn't a mismatch if you've played the MVC games.

How tf are Chris and Jill gonna be able to carry all of their composite gear from every single game at once? A rocket launcher alone takes up nearly all of their space by itself.

They can't do anything to Venom. Plus, not a single BOW can compare to him at all.

Venom eviscerates both of them.

This is a complete mismatch.

Team RE can win if Railgun can hurt venom.

Venom is stronger faster and more durable than anyone in resident evil by far. Venom wont sit there and tank bullets

What are anti-regen rounds? Looking at the gif of the rail gun they will never tag venom with that. Way to much charge time.

@kgb725: Not sure if venom really loses sells when he is shot. The symbiote is a liquid like substance. The symbiote itself is really malleable.

If it’s not canon then don’t bring it up, or doesn’t hold any weight here. And they have nothing that allows them to bring down venom, he could easily rip them apart

The only real chance would be the railgun and they would never tag a guy that can play around with Spider-Man

Plus Eddie Brock just became smarter and smarter when using his symbiote, very far away from his crazy "I'll eat your brains!"-days and would most likely actually use ambush tactics via camouflage on them

Venom stomps. The only thing here that could stop Venom is the rail gun, the problem with that is Venom isn't a giant, stationary target so the chances of Chris and Jill tagging him with it are next to nil. They'd be lucky to even get a shot off with it before being gutted.
