Jigen stomps. He's keeping up with a MUCH STRONGER naruto, sure sasuke is weakened in the fight but naruto is only able to get the upper hand on jigen due to sasuke giving info on him, without it jigen could've won. Plus this is a full power naruto and much stronger than shippuden form.
