yeah, we know its saber vs. saber, jedi still win. It's people who have trained with lightsabers for twenty years against guys ho've had 'em an hour. Jedi are much more skilled

Jedi train with lightsabers and block blaster shots, Spartans have trained with spears and swords and use shields to block arrows not their weapons. The force makes this a curbsomp, and if they're fighting on a ledge like in spartan movie.....Force push and the spartans are down.

missing the point? Jedi fan I may be, but what he said was "take away their powers" what's the point in that?
So basically 300 screaming savages in leather loincloths versus 12 powerful Jedi masters. The Spartans have negligible armor and no experience with the force or lightsabers. Most will probably cut off their own limbs trying to use them, since the weightless blade makes a lightsaber much more difficult to handle than a normal sword. However, the Spartans have the advantage of sheer numbers, and if the masters don't immediately scatter and start using the terrain to their advantage, they could get surrounded and massacred a la Geonosis. If this is the pre-Clone Wars Council Oppo Rancisis will be present, and he can use battle meditation, which is a big advantage in this situation. Other Jedi standbys like force-push won't be quite as useful in the wild close quarters melee that this fight will become, but they'll help to keep the Spartans at bay.
All in all, I think the Jedi have a decent chance, but they'll probably take some casualties. It might have been better to leave the Spartans with their standard weapons and just add a cortosis weave to the swords, spears and shields. With that setup, the Jedi would have had a real challenge.

That's assuming the Jedi are smart and stay at a range for the whole engagement. Based on their sorry performance on Geonosis, that isn't necessarily a sound assumption. With this many opponents, one mistake is all it will take to permanently end the careers of one or more masters.
