Maybe, I don't see BB being insta-dominated. Black Bolt rarely uses anywhere near what he was capable of. Like he was strangling Gladiator and one-shotting Vulcan in War of Kings and he was still holding back. In Infinity, he did more damage to Thanos with one scream than a full out onslaught by Thor. Skrull Bolt taking to WWH knocked a Rhode Island sized piece of the moon away, and the Hulk had to get ritualistic help from his Warbound to not get rekt during the encounter.
Savage hulk has shown numerous times to be highly resistant to magic. I don't see how Jean grey can stop a bloodlusted Savage hulk who is nearly immune to telepathic attack.
Black bolt could one shot wonder woman with a powerful scream and Black Bolt is an advance fighter, but in the end wonder woman could pull off a win only if Black Bolt allows it. A scream would knock her out before the fight even begins.
Savage hulk could take on proxima easily, especially when he is blood-lusted.
Sue storm is the problem here. She could possibly pull of a win. But we have to consider the fact that Hulk has a massive healing factor.

Lol but he has some TP resistance to last for a few moments. He's seen Jean in person before, faced her in combat, knows what her power is, knows what she can and wanted to do to him, and has been in her supposedly fractured mind before. Not sure if it would be enough to put down Hulk, especially with perfect teamwork on.
Can someone tell me if Black Bolt has lightspeed reactions? Maxima or Diana might be behind him before he opens his mounth (kinda like diana did to Amazo or Supergirl)
Not saying they would kill him that easily but that gives Jean the edge since telepathy moves at the speed of thought and i think Quicksilver was able to run for some moments before one of his screams reached him
Invisible Woman can shield and Wanda can boosts her teammates powers, she once casted a hex phere that stopped one of his screams (it wasn't one of his most powerful screams) but it made it stop with an explosion

He might be resistant but not immune, Loki turned him back to Banner before and there are more ocassions in which he's been affected by it even Wanda turned him back to Banner with a concentrated blast of Chaos Magic once, also Wanda not only has magic but her reality warping as well
Savage Hulk is far to be immune to telepathy just like Del_Toro and Pyro proved the other day
Can Black Bolt open his mouth before Maxima or Diana are behind him?
Proxima is not here but Maxima is know for her Telekinesis and to be on par with Superman
