The future Jean grey entity known as xorn possesses a far greater power then the Jean grey aka Marvel girl aka Phoenix that we know. The Xorn variation on the character possesses the Omega level powers of Marvel girl as well as the power to defeat 5 silver surfers at once. If they were to battle I believe that the Xorn incarnation would prove to be the greater Jean grey as she has done in the past after a dubious battle of mental tactics. The mummumdrai of Professor Charles xavier aka Cassandra nova however will make quick work of Betsy braddock aka Psylocke 1 aka Captain britain II because of her greater power and experiences that she has gained in fighting the current omega Jean grey.
After 2 years I'm comfortable commenting on my own thread that I feel like it's still 50/50 with a slight lean to Betsy and Jean for having a greater number of feats but otherwise they don't exactly have anything exactly over the other 2 except teamwork.
