Jason will just have his machete and predator will just have his duel blades.
The fight will take place at a abandoned city at night (all street lights remain on) and you can use comic feats are allowed. Who wins?

@johnnyz256: his neck is somewhat unprotected so he has a slight chance at a decap but it's slim
Plasma Caster one-shots
Its just dual blades according to OP.
Just dual blades? Those blades are sharp, but unless they can sever limbs with a casual swipe, I can't see Predator winning.
This is the enhanced chryo robot killer Jason correct? It wouldn't matter. I'd probably pick Jason regardless. Predator is nowhere near as durable as that murderous Zombie
jason x wins
Well lets see here, according to the Jason X movie logic, pointy objects can easily go through metal and other things. Objects floating at 5 mph can easily plow through city size space stations. An escape pod moving 2 inches can blow up whole massive spaceships. Characters can easily bust themselves through spaceship walls. Jason collapsing on a metal platform will break it. And a dude in a plastic spacesuit as well as a zombie resurrected by a healing machine can easily survive the explosion of said massive spaceship. Holy crap, that movie makes Superman 4 look like a science documentary in comparison.

The Predator's wrist blades are made out of the same metal as his other sharp weapons (spear, homing disk, that small fork he can shoot out, etc) and all those weapons in the second Predator movie were all shown capable of slicing through multiple objects, concrete and those thick metal boxes you see in the roof of buildings. So yes they can easily hack off limbs seeing how one of the Pred's sharp weapons managed to slice in half 7+ frozen cow bodies and Gary Busey in one swipe.
Anyways Predator wins this seeing how a simple machete was capability of slicing through everything in the movie Jason X.

Predator beats Jason X with ease because of the above feat and many others.
