VS
Rules:
- Random encounter
- No knowledge
- Fight takes place where Kaneki fought Jason.
Muscular seemed above Jason’s level to me.
Yanori’s healing will keep him in the game for a while and there’s the possibility he could cut Musculars head off, but he’s prideful and arrogant and likely won’t start off with his kagune. Jason could take his playing around punches no problem, but if Muscular started getting serious he’d likely put him down after a few hits.
@kingcrimson: Considering Muscular's quirk basically looks like jacked up Kakuja, I don't think Yamori would mess around.
@mylittlefascist: Eh, probably true.
Tough to call how he’d act in that situation though to be honest. We’ve only seen him in IDGAF mode and bloodlusted out of his mind. If he was serious and fought smart he’d have the best chance of winning, but I don’t think that’s very in character for him.
@mylittlefascist: Hes missing his machete
Muscular dwarfs the entire verse in stats, Izuku hitting any Ghoul at 100% would turn them into paste. Lack of piercing resistance feats is the only argument but Muscular is more durable than Kagune by countless orders of magnitude so penetrating seems unlikely. Meaning no character in the verse can beat him alone.

Interesting mate -- not even the high tiers?

Maybe Ken or Arima could stab him in the eyes. Dragon on the other hand doesn't have the actual feats to beat him.

You don't think? Muscular's best feat from what I can recall (in the anime at least) was causing a fissure down the cliff side with a punch, which Dragon replicated across a couple of city blocks. The size issue is also a pretty tough one to get around.

Muscular's own feats wouldn't put him that high, but scaling wise he overpowered a character who smashed layers of ice with the air pressure of a finger flick. Dragon's not that durable either, Touka was digging through it like wet dirt.
When did Dragon make a fissure?

He did, but he mentioned himself that Deku's smash was weaker than normal.

That was after she assaulted the same spot with her kagune for an extended period of time, to the point where she looked like she was going to pass out from exhaustion. It had taken hits from Mutsuki's kagune in the same arc, which should be building level by virtue of easily overpowering Saiko's Megaton Punch, so it could easily be written off as a low showing.
When did Dragon make a fissure?
When it broke through to Tokyo's surface, it created a huge fissure.
