I used the search function nothing came up, i tried on google and nothing came up, so......, lets go, Jason has his guns and weapons, fight takes place in new york, lets put a back story, Jason decides that he wants to kill cassandra cain and confronts her in new york city and they brawl, i know cass can dodge bullets but this isnt any ordianary punk firing a gun, and if jason gets her he will be ruthless and kill her, but that may not happen, so..........., lets debate

He wasn't holding back in their first fight because he had no idea that Red Hood was Jason But yeah in a one on one fight Cass would stomp Jason

That was after Nightwing was fighting two metas, and fell off (or was thrown off) of the roof...
Jason roped him up, saved his life, then held him in that picture you posted......
Maybe 5 mintues after this they do actually have a....... scuffle............... In which they appear even.......
But later one of the crime bosses is watching a fight between the two on camera, and all of the other guys think the real nightwing is losing, he notes that Nightwing is holding back.......
Also in Brothers in Blood (the trade paperback), Jason fights Nightwing on a stage, and Jason whispers to Dick to let him win the fight or else Dick would expose his identity (even though he was wearing the Nightwing costume... Oy.....), so Nightwing lets Jason look like he wins the fight.......
Also in Outsiders Jason and Dick fight and appear to stalemate......
