This is Lily as seen in suffer the children from walking dead season 4 and Jane is from Season 2 where she fought Kenny

Who wins and why?

Lilly was in the Airforce, so I say she takes the gun round but Jane takes the rest since she actually has CQC feats.

EDIT: Oh, shoot this is Lilly from the show. Still the same thing.

Not much to go on for either but my guess is Lilly in all rounds. Ex-military, considerably bigger and is much more hardened given that she is around 8 years into the apocalypse.

@creolecuddy: From the show? did the OP have something different? Either way, I don't know, she [Jane] still ended up effectively losing to an old man that was blinded in 1 eye (Kenny) and had to (determinedly) be saved by Clementine.

I feel like giving it to Lily (realistically) for these rounds. Between being Ex-military and having become even more hardened over the years, she should take this
