This is left-handed Jaime Lannister, equipped with a sword. Ramsay has his two axes. The fight is to the death.
Who wins and why?

Jaime, comfortably.
Jaime stomps.
Even though this is left-handed Jaime?
@nfactor1995: I'd say so, tbh. Jaime is obviously atleast proficient to a high degree at this point, as evidenced by his showing on horseback against Dothraki warriors. From a visual standpoint, he has gotten quite dextrous with the left hand - look at when he was charging Daenerys. The way he spun that spear to adjust the grip and orientation while riding full speed on horseback doesn't look easy at all. So I'd say his general skill has increased considerably with the left hand.
He is also more experienced, driven, and disciplined than Ramsay ever was. I think if you add all of this up, it leads to a very decisive victory in Jaime's favor.
At least as far as show versions are concerned Jaime is at least developed some competency with his left hand. He did okay during Field of Fire 2.
Ramsay never engaged in melee to my knowledge. At least on screen. He got the shit kicked out of him by an exhausted Jon so yeah

He was killing some of Yara's best Ironborn and seemed to be doing so rather easily.
@fallschirmjager: He fought that one time against Yara's "best of the best."
@necromancer76: @rogueshadow: Oh yeah! Forgot about that scenes.
I guess which is more impressive, defeating Ironborn fodder or Dothraki fodder? Jaime did have that one moment where he was in trouble but that dude was duel wielding so I guess he was uber fodder lol
@fallschirmjager: Jaime had fought Ironborn during the Siege of Pyke, and he had fought Dothraki recently. As a person who had fought both types of warriors, he claimed that the Dothraki were superior to any army he'd ever faced.
Dothraki >>>>>>>>> Ironborn
first he bitch-slaps ramsay with his golden hand and than pierce him with his sword .
bronn sits back and laughs "you had a wonderful teacher" :)
If left handed Jaime wins it certainly won't be a stomp, I'd put him taking out Dothraki above Ramsay besting top Ironborn men
Ramsay. He was kicking axes when he fought these Ironborns, without even an armour, killed many and overall looked like he had a jolly good time, whereas Lannister is at best a meddling swordman with his left hand, maybe slightly above average. Even with his right one, he never did impress me. If he didn't had help when he faced Stark in King's landing he would have been killed.
Ramsay curbstomps. Ilyn Payne was laughing at Jaime when they were left hand training. And Ser ilyn doesn't even have a tongue! Of course if you mean show versions, for some reason Jaime isn't completely incompetent without his right hand but he still gets beaten badly. (Also in the show Jaime isn't even all that impressive WITH his right hand, which is a HUGE disservice to him. He's supposed to be prodigal and top tier. The show made dayne look super bad@ss and Jaime is supposed to be only a shade below him. It was very annoying)
Ramsey is a above average fighter as showcased against the Ironborn. Yet Jamie even left handed would pretty much be on even terms. What edges him out is a experience still Jamie just not easily
Jaime, he was cutting down Dothraki with his left hand.
