Who wins and how?

@willpayton: did Jade ever show any form of telepathy resistance?

She does have TP. But, for resistance, I cant remember for sure although I remember her once blocking a mental attack from Brainiac... but I'm not 100% sure. Her abilities derive from the Starheart, so I'd say that she has at least some TP resistance, even if not at Alan Scott's level.

There's this feat of her amplifying other people's TP abilities:

If Jade can overcome Miss Martian's telepathy, she should come out with the win more than likely.
