This should be close, but I'm going with Tai Lung.

Tai Lung would win, unless Midoriya resorts to using 100%, which is unlikely.

I’m not that far into MHA yet, but from what Midoriya was capable orb with 5% this seems like it would be awesome.

I’d back Tai Lung to pretty comfortably beat the crap out of 5% Deku, but sounds like 20% should be sufficient for a good fight.

Still not fully up to date with MHA manga, but Tai Lung still slaps him from what I know.

Tai Lung slaps him tbh. 20% air pressure blasts are a problem but they’re not putting Tai Lung down, and TL is still far more skilled than Deku.

Izuku Midoriya should be faster and have better reactions.

IIRC, Po (KFP II) has canonball reactions who is better than Tai Lung. And, Midoriya at 8% already has solid bullet-time reactions, so at 20% with his proper gear could beat Tai Lung in a good fight.

Feats for TL?

@wsckaidou: Building level striking strength. Effortlessly FTE and can blitz people who are effortless arrow timers/low level bullet timers. Absolute master of Kung-Fu.

I don't remember either of those for Tai Lung.

Is Midoriya a consistent bullet timer? I haven't kept up with MHA, but if that is true, he should have better reaction times than Tai Lung. I'm really not sure who would win though. Tai Lung is a bit more skilled, but Deku should have a better damage output.

He's a fair bit faster than FTE imo but if that's what y'all wanna go on then yes outdamaging Deku is not possible. For TL anyway afaik..

I'd love to say Tai Lung cuz it's one of my fav characters performance wise, but feats say Midoriya wins.

Now I remember kung fu panda but uh, I don't remember anything notable from the verse.

@kingcrimson: He collapsed an entire building by kicking it. When Shifu was looking at the stairs and blinked, Tai Lung covered the entire distance. He also hit talking Po, getting through entire Jade Palace without him reacting.
