@tony_shark: wouldn't Stark also have countermeasures for that even in older suits?

This battle is tricky.

Mark 85 should get all the mark 50 feats as I can't imagine Tony somehow making his suit weaker (Civil War suit was an all-time low for the MCU in terms of power levels. An anomaly honestly). Although it is straight up weird how Tony even with his new suit cannot contend with Cull Obsidian yet again. Cull was straight up no-selling his repulsor blast before Spider-Man saved him again.

The Hulkbuster suit didn't get any feats in Endgame.

Team 1 wins on logic, team 2 wins on actual feats.

Team 1 by implication, but Hulkbusters are non-factors
