IW Iron Man vs Syndrome (The Incredibles)

I think syndrome of incredibles 1 might take down iron man, i mean with no prior knowledge all he needs is to point a finger at iron man and he freezes, while the bots dismantled the suit (given that you can't talk while frozen), haven't seen the incredibles 2 though
