@wushu59: Okay so for your first point, tobirama reacting to madara is an outlier, we later see tobirama attempt to blitz a blind sm madara but fails horribly. Again for juubito, even characters like bsm naruto and ems sasuke struggle to keep up with juubito and they are some of the fastest characters at the time, also keep in mind that same Naruto is the guy who blitzed one of the fastest ninja alive the fourth raikage which would make him comparable to minato when it comes to reaction speeds.
And as for itachi keep in mind both of those feats are severely downplayed because of the circumstances he was in. With the Kirin feat he was half blind and terminally ill, and he still reacted to a attack thats massively faster then lightning. And as for him reacting to kcm naruto, edos are weaker then there alive version so his stats are weaker too. I can give more itachi speed feats if you want.

Can you imagine fighting Akatuski ranked Ninja and 20 of them plus the two bros. who had S06P tools? Yea so I dont see what the big deal is to you. Itachi puts up a fight but he aint stomping squat.
Could go either way, if Tobirama looks at Itachi's eyes it's GG, but if Itachi gets caught in a Hiraishingiri then he's done for unless he can react with Susanoo (and he has reacted to lightning so that's a possibility)
Not sure. Tobirama has experience fighting the Uchiha, and considering his intelligence I would imagine he would make a good use of his clones to engage Itachi, tag him and blitz him with FTG. His Water Style also hard counters Itachi's Fire Style. But if Itachi manages to catch Tobi in genjutsu or goes straight for Susanoo, there wouldn't be much Tobi could do about it.

Two things with the bolded part:
Naruto wasn't at his full strength during that fight;
Normaly Edos are weaker, yes, but in Itachi's case it's not necessarily true. Edo Itachi suffers from neither his blindness, nor his illness. So physically wise, Alive and Edo Itachi should be more or less the same.
@the_wspanialy: Okay so about your first point, intelligence isn't too relevant here. It doesint matter how smart tobi is he can't beat madara in a 1v1.
Secondly yes itachi benefits more from being edo then he does from being alive but look at it like this. An alive healthy itachi is always going to be stronger then a edo healthy itachi.
Thirdly sure Naruto wasn't at his best, but itachi was still able to keep up with killer bee and blitz Nagato. Nagato who was able to counter a bee blitz and react to him. For comparison killer bee is relativistic to the fourth raikage when it comes to speed because of they're lariot and is arguably faster with feats from the third war, and the fourth is stated to be relativistic to light. This is also supported by itachi being able to keep up with ems Sasuke who is a much stronger Sasuke from when he reacted to a killer bee blitz earlier on in the series.
Itachi has more solid speed feats to say his atleast on his level if not faster, and as soon as he pulls put his susanoo he's untouchable.
Tobirama wins. Tobirama beat Izuna who was comparable to Madara who is way stronger and faster than Itachi. Tobirama possesses superior reactions and speed he wont be getting hit by amaterasu or totsuka.
If they engage in close combat Tobirama puts a seal on Itachi and blitzes him. If they dont get close Tobirama overwhelms Itachi with teleportation, clones and water techniques till Itachi cant fight anymore.
