Who wins and why.

Ulquiorra stomps, make itachi healthy and let him start in susanoo and we have a fight.

Bloodlusted? Tsukuyomi right in the beginning of the fight. Ulquiorra would probably resist and survive, but it wouldn't be hard to Itachi finish him.

I can see Itachi taking it.

Itachi if he isnt sick and half blind. Izanami is a instawin if it works and Tsukuyomi isnt anything to laugh at either. If Ulquiorra gets trapped in either of those, its pretty much over

Genjutsu will slow Ulquiorra down just a bit but Ulquoirra will still prevail and win, genjutsu can't kill ulqua, it only harm the person mind but how will that affect a apathic person like Uquiorra? Tysukiyomi is out of the window since Ulquiorra empty mind self will just snap out of the affects after it transpire and Izanami will be no use, ulquiorra will discover a true heart, yes but he still will follow aizen and still kill itachi. He will eventually win due to regeneration and speed, Sasuke sussano was getting destroyed by Mei acid, Raikage punch and Danzo super enhance wind attack. Madara Sussano was destroyed by Tsunade fist alone. Judging by those feats against a Sussano Ulquiorra should have no problem bypassing Itachi sussano with his strength or cero's alone.

@nite_nite: Anybody who thinks Fujitora would get blitzed by Ulquiorra doesnt know what they are talking about imo. The notion that Fujitora (who has casually kept up to three hypersonic characters) would be speedblitzed by a character that is hypersonic at best is beyond me

Genjutsu is forcing your own chakra into the enemy to control and manipulate them, the chakra in their brain. Reiatsu crush would be too easy and I'm sure is by default not allowed seeing as most match ups would end in reiatsu crush. However there's no way Ulq is losing this. Ppl need to start looking at threads seriously like this. If both these guys came to our world bloodlusted and you honestly read both manga. Which one would you pick to protect you? sigh, since when does genjutsu work on soul/spirtual beings, a being that is 1000s more spiritual than any naruto character in existence, once again another fight with Naruto biased fans, genjutsu wont work on shinigami this is a fact and even if it does cant they just spiritual crush it out of existence sigh, amaterasu is not very good at all, the flames arent even that hot as Karin, Canon foder Samurais and even jiraiya stood right in front of it or been hit and came out alive even after seconds of it being on your body, if amaterasu was anywhere close to even 10k degrees they would have turn into powder instantly, amaterasu atmost is slightly higher than the magma kekkei genkai but that is all. susanoo and itachis treasures wont work since ulquiorra has no charkra nature so his defence is useless, and totsuka blade is iffy with ulquiorra speed unlikely to hit and even if it does is unknown to what happens since genjutsu is useless against spiritual/soul beings, IMO itachi does not even stand a chance against Base ulquiorra much less Release, Itachi stands no chance in taijutsu against ulquiorra and even in ninjutsu vs Cero is also a clost for itachi, so someone please tell me how the hell does itachi win a fight when clearly he cant, even if itachi thrown kunais and swords it wont even injure ulquiorra at all since hierro is OP, bleach characters are not the glass canons like naruto who have Tail beast destruction but cant even shrugg of mere kunais using just physical body.

facts are ulquiorra wins with mid/hard difficulty in base form due to susanoo, in release form ulquiorra wins instantly.

1- Ulquiorra completely stomps Itachi in speed, no one in naruto even comes close to Shunpo/Sonido, unless is FTG but even that is teleporting but not attacking instantly.

2. Physique= Ulquiorra stomps even 3rd raikage in this department, this is the guy who shrugg of a completely hollowfied getsuga tensho point blank range with his bare hands, ulquiorra will shrug of All A class jutsu and even S class jutsu wont do much damage, naruto chracters are unbalance, Top Tier characters like Kaguya and Momoshiki can be hurt even by a regular rasengan but they posses offensive power that is much much higher, so in essence ninjas are just wizards/mages and ninjutsu are spells, the only characters that have strong physiques are Gai, Lee, Raikages everyone else including tsunade are normal ninjas, tsunade uses charkra to cause destruction with her fist but her actual physique is no different than sakura or kakashi

I think it would win itachi, the lightning spear and the zero could be repeated by the yata shield in speed I see it fairly even since itachi could fight along with naruto control of the kiuby the victory letter of itachi would be the izanami

Base Ulquiorra is Mach 61 (scales to Bankai Ichigo, Shunsui, Byakuya, etc.)

Bloodlusted Ulquiorra wins with Lanza spamming.

Wrong, the speed feat you saw from Starrk was because Kenpachi AND Ichigo were still injured and fatigued.

Bankai Ichigo kept up with Byakuya who scales to Shunsui (traveled 13 miles with ease = Mach 61)

I’m more inclined to say Ulquiorra wins, but so many matches around here don’t include a start distance so 10 feet is the default. If Itachi opens up with a genjutsu he could incap, but that’s about it.

If we're equalizing energy so genjutsu can affect Ulqy then spiritual pressure crushing Itachi will also be a thing.
