If they just stood there? Probably not, but I'm interested to see what would happen if she did that to Doomsday.

It'd have to either be a soulless being like Doomsday or perhaps a divine one like Ares.

Since nobody has shown similiar abilities to astral forms in the DCEU nobody has shown the ability to resist or counter this. I guess one could make the semblance of an argument for Enchantress maybe.
