Is MCU Bucky just really a mindless brute?

Starts off with Cap at an advantage with his Shield, Bucky uses his Metal Arm to disarm Cap of his shield and make it a fair fight.

1:33 - Bucky then whips out a knife but Cap parries all strikes and lands 3 hits, disarming Bucky of the knife.

1:49 - Cap then attempts another strike but Bucky blocks the strike and hits Cap with 1 punch, Cap then flips Bucky over but Bucky keeps hold of Cap then pulls himself back up and grabs Cap with the throat, utilizing the superior strength of his metal arm and ragdolls him over a van.

1:59 - Bucky goes for a punch but Cap dodges, Cap continues to attack but ultimately gets pushed into the van by Bucky with his metal arm, Bucky then kicks Cap back into the van and attempts to stab him, Cap blocks the knife, but due to Bucky's superior strength he is still able to move the knife forward, so Cap dodges instead and Bucky stabs into the van, Cap then moves along the van along with Bucky and Cap suplexes Bucky.

2:13 - Cap grabs his Shield, he uses it to block some attacks from Bucky and disarms Bucky of his Knife, Bucky manages to land a hit after being disarmed. Cap then hits Bucky's mask and flips him over, then the fight ends.

From this we can see that Bucky is more than capable of landing hits on Cap through the use of his superior strength but also due to his raw skill at times, without the use of his Metal Arm. The hit ratio is as follows (including attacks like slams, only counting hits from after Cap has no Shield):

Cap - 6

Bucky - 5

There isn't a large disparity between them here.

The fight starts off with Cap with his Shield & Bucky with a Knife, imo this gives Cap an advantage, neither really lands any clear hit until 0:49 where Cap lands a kick.

They then trade attacks and deflect all hits until 0:59 where Cap lands a punch then Bucky tackles him through a railing and onto a lower platform. This disarms Cap of his shield making the fight fairer.

1:07 - Bucky goes to attack Cap and both land 1 hit each and then Bucky backhands Cap with his metal arm sending him sliding down the platform, Bucky then tries to obtain the card from Cap and then once Bucky disarms him Cap punches Bucky and kicks him down to a lower platform. Bucky was quite distracted here with his primary goal to get the card.

They then engage in CQC at 1:32 where Bucky uses his metal arm to overpower Cap and stab his shoulder, Cap lands a headbutt and Bucky tosses him aside with his metal arm, Bucky then crawls over to try and get the card leaving him in an exposed position, Cap lifts Bucky from his throat and slams him down putting him in an Arm Bar, he then places Bucky in a choke and chokes him out and there isn't much more CQC encounters. Cap being able to land the final few attacks and put Bucky down is due to Bucky trying to obtain the card, not Bucky trying to attack Cap.

In this fight we see both land numerous attacks and are on even terms when focusing on fighting each other rather than obtaining the card.

Most people dismiss this fight saying "it was an ambush", but after Bucky throws Falcon Cap has a good moment to react and Cap is actually the one who goes on to try to attack Bucky but Cap dodges and lands his own hit, then Bucky tries to attack back but Cap starts to stumble, at around 7.5 seconds through the gif Cap has regained his ground, and the fight goes how there fights usually go, Bucky throws a few attacks but Cap parries most of them, Bucky manages to land a quick kick then tries to punch Cap with his metal arm, he then uses his Metal Arm to pressure Cap and due to the strength of the arm, he overpowers Cap and pushes him through the Elevator door and down to the bottom.
