Frieza was actually still alive after the slash. In fact, Frieza already survived an identical attack on Namek. In Trunks case Frieza was only defeat after being cut into multiple pieces then incinerated. Would've killed Madara too. Frieza could still one shot the likes of Madara while cut in half..

Kid Gohan on Namek would rag-doll all of Naruto together (except like IT, tsukiyomi, kotoamatsukiyomi users). Even Madara/Kaguya w/o IT would get smashed hard. Her gravity dimension would be a joke to kid Gohan.
