goku has been beaten by literally every antagonist he fought and got humiliated in every form, he almost died by a random laser of a goblin right after going ss blue and could barely match up to base Toriko and Luffy in the tournament special, there are thousands from hst that can oneshot him (by the way i am not sure what hst means)

The same Soul King is a linchpin. He is not an universe buster, he is nothing close to that. His best feat would be turning a planet sized Menos into sand, which while impressive, is fodder to Namek saga onwards. Him splitting the universe into World of the Living and Soul Society or whatever, is not AP based. There is no proof of that. He existed to keep the Cycle of Souls into balance, he doesn't have universe level feats, he is nothing to actual universe level characters. Therefore, he gets stomped. Him having no concept of death is irrelevant, he gets incapacitated.
