Iron Monger take it easily. Goblin has no way to hurt him. Pumpkin Bombs and Razorbats aren't going to do anything to his armor. If Iron Man had trouble beating him, Goblin has no chance
This is not a stomp.
Remember that missile goblin used at the end of the movie? The one that destroyed a warehouse? I'm sure THAT could put a dent in Monger.
And, remember when Iron Monger could barely lift a car? Goblin held that entire gondola with one hand. Goblin has some advantages in this fight, including agility and intelligence.
But Iron Monger also has advanced targeting systems and much more weaponry. If Goblin takes a shot to the glider it's game over. If it does get in close Goblin still doesn't have a way to get past the armor. That missile probably would do some damage to Iron Monger, but not enough to keep him down.
If Goblin gets Mongers' targeting system it's over.
Just think about it; if Tony Star was able to jump on Mongers' back and rip out his targeting, think how easy it would be for goblin. Then Monger would have no choice but to expose himself.
But Tony is a genius who designed the tech in Stane's suit. Osborn was a geneticist and didn't display any intelligence in technology or robotics and was insane while in Goblin mode.
Goblin really only has the one strategy of taking out the systems to win. Even if he did know about them, which he wouldn't, he only has one way to win. Iron Monger could shoot heat seekers to take out the glider, pin him down with a mini gun, or use any other weapons in his arsenal. Iron Monger has options and options usually equal wins.
Give me objective reasons why Mongers weapons are better than the Goblins. Because, if anything, the Goblins fire power was even greater than Iron Mongers. The very first thing Goblin did in the movie, was to destroy a dude in a bulky metal suit. And don't bother saying that the metal suit Goblin destroyed was less advanced then Mongers, because we don't know that.
Based on feats, Monger hasn't even done anything that impressive. He barely lifts a car, destroys a bus with the biggest missile he had, and was able to fly in a straight line. Goblin has bunker busting feats, vaporizing feats, agility feats waaay better than Monger, and has shown himself to be quite a bit stronger physically.
I can see Goblin just jumping on his back and pulling out those targeting sensors. While not as smart as Stark, Norman is still the intellectual superior of Stane. And, if you remember, Spider Man pulled a very similar trick on the Goblin himself. So Goblin would have the experience to take a leaf out of Spidey's book for this fight.
As for gunfire, Stane isn't that great of a shot and Goblin presents a very difficult target. It's far more likely that Goblin will hit Monger with one of his bunker busters, before he gets shot. So I say again:
This is not a stomp.
