I think that your summary of powers was a little bit short and did not list out some of their other major powers - both can absorb energy for example.

Overall, I would give the fight to Ironman.

I did it on purpose because I don't want to enlist a long list because it would make some guys lazy to read it and in fact I forgot to include the powers you've mentioned =). A nice suggestion BTW, maybe I'll do more complete summary next time.

I'd say Ms. Marvel would win this.

I kinda have to give it to Iron Man cuz I think he's smarter and he has his invincible armor.

I think if Ms. Marvel was Binary she'd pull it off easier.

I'm going to go with Ms. Marvel on this one, just because her powers aren't linked to her costume, as Iron Man's are. That, and I don't hate her after the results of the Civil War.

What is Iron Man gunna do to her?  The energy he uses against her simply gets absorbed and used against him.  Give her too much energy and she'll go Binary on his ass.  She can simply grapple and pound the living hell out of him.

If Iron Man plays his cards right he can win.More likely..Carol kills him.

Power for power Iron mans weapons give him the advantage. But I think carol wins this in a straight out fight, cuz she out thinks him and is a better fighter.

Yeah thats stills uses the extremis...thats what he usese to fuse the armor to his body causing greater reaction time and faster movement. You need to know a bit more before you make these comments.

Ms. Marvel's flying speed is mach 3 and iron mans is mach 8. So he can most likely out maneuver her in the air.
Her normal strength is 70 tons...iron mans is 100. Unless she absorbes energy she is weaker.
Stark is not an idiot he knows how she can absorb energy to get stronger and his weapons systems do just fine on people on her level. So there is no reason for you to assume that she is an exception."

You really don't understand at all how durable his armor is and why would a guy as smart as tony use energy attacks on ms. marvel?"
