Round 1- Morals On Manchester Black can only use his TK

Round 2- Manchester Black has access to both his TK and TP.

Won't Manchester just TP Mark, not sure about Naruto and IM is apparently immune though that could be put to the test maybe.

All I know is Mark dies first here ;)

@lukespeedblitz: Mark has shown slight degrees of TP resistance. I don't know anything about Black though, so I can't comment on how strong it needs to be.

Naruto wins, I'll debate anyone.
