Iron man vs. Cyborg

Fight 18 of Marvel vs. DC war- Iron man is patrolling the streets making sure everything is peaceful, he sees Cyborg walking around and sees him as an enemy who could potentially hurt innocent people, and he confronts him, Cyborg tries to explain he is not there to hurt anyone but Tony isn't having it, and so they battle, who wins? Iron man is in his normal battle armor as is Cyborg.

I'm going with Tony, but maybe Cyborg can somehow hack him, but if someone is going to start trying to hack the other one, this person is Tony, he doesn't enjoy clean fights.
