The 2023 Iron Man is spotted by the 2012 Avengers and a fight in the tower ensues.

The 2023 Iron Man doesn't want to kill them. The 2012 Avengers want to apprehend him.

even if he does want to kill them, he still get stomped. either Hulk or Thor can solo him in a good fight

2020 Iron Man gets all of the guys who aren't Hulk or Thor out of the way relatively quickly. He likely won't let Thor last much longer since he was considerably weaker than Hulk, was getting ragdolled by a leviathan, he struggled too much with 2012 Iron Man, and any significant attacks he could do are way too slow. Hulk's best feat was flipping over a leviathan that didn't even fully destroy a building. Rescue and Giant-Man's leviathan feats are much better. Iron Man curbs since their only advantage is numbers, which isn't enough here.

Hulk and Thor have the potential to solo here

Team easily. Thor should beat Iron Man in very tough fight due to Mjolnir (as it gives protection against repulsors when spinned like against Surtur, and can deal damage to the armor like Thanos' punches). I'm sure Hulk would beat Tony in-universe as well but by feats he would have trouble in countering energy attacks.
