Tony gets overwhelmed, he's made like 50 suits. He can't just aoe them since most suits have flight, his durability while far greater than previous suits wouldn't hold up to repeated attacked from all sides.

Tony wins. The new suit is basically all the best part of all his suits amped up to max.

Plus better mobility, and H2H. Also new weapons and nuch better feats.

IW Suit , a mixture of the MK 3,6,7 and AoU would be pretty dangerous tough.
