Having not read the books and not knowing how he came to be, Imma take a guess.

Bruce finally off the Joker but the Joker had some toxin BS in his body that came out when he died that corrupted Bruce. And then, base off the thread, he killed everyone in his universe and there no explanation for it. Is that right?

Sure, if this was a random encounter battle, infainess BWL's physicals is still on par with batman, but the OP stated that they both have prep time and BWL achieved two nigh-bullshit feats that puts him above stark in terms of prep. So yeah BWL wins w/ prep but bleeding edge stark wins in a random encounter.

BWL is more than that tho, The Batman who laughs is not just Batman+Joker, he is basically a living nightmare of Bruce Wayne made real.

Ok. 1: I Never called him Batman + Joker 2: He basically is. 3: I don't care if he a living nightmare. It doesn't make me interested in the character. It's stupid. His design is stupid and his backstory is predictable. Meaning I have no reason to read if I can guess character's backstory without reading his book.

Alright, this is bothering me. How did he beat the Spectre? Do they explain that? Or is it there so we can be told how ruthless and cold TBWL is, instead of showing us by having him beat other in legit ways without them acting like fool like most metahuman against Batman fight? Any Batman beating the Spectre is out there.

Feats for this version of Batman?

That makes a lot of sense actually.

This is just like Future Thanos. If we take the statements, then he does the things. Otherwise, no. I recall Batman and Joker, like the ones we know, jumping him at the end of the story. Joker cut a pretty nasty promo on him too. This story was about the closest to a face (being a good guy( the Joker will get without denying the toxin (like that one "elseworlds" story Gotham: White Knight).

So I believe that Joker has low showings too. And Iron Man wins because reasons. LOL

The Batman Who Laughs will hijack Iron Man's armour, proceeds to manipulate Tony's arc reactor, and force him to suffer from a stroke or heart attack!

BWL is actually quite terrible with prep, and he's facing Iron Man, who's pretty solid with tech and building stuff.

BWL should theoretically win based on what he did off-screen, but by feats Tony stomps.

You see the visor thingy over his head? He can see through that. He can also see everyone's deepest, darkest desires, which allows him to manipulate them.

The Batman Who Laughs wins this. His feats are impressive, such as possibly defeating the Spectre, and infecting Shazam as well as Blue Beetle, Jaime Reyes, whose technology, The Scarab, is either alien or magic; I am not sure DC has fully explained The Scarab though Dr. Fate has stated that it is magic. There also has not been any limitations set on what The Batman Who Laughs can do. While a lot of his feats aren't explained, what we do know is that he was considered Barbatos' greatest dark knight; greater than a Batman combined with Doomsday, greater than a Batman combined with Cyborg, greater than a Batman combined with Flash, greater than a Batman combined with Ares(God of War,) greater than a Batman combined with Aquaman(SHE drowned her entire earth), and greater than a Batman combined with Green Lantern(He was able to overpower his Lantern ring and use lethal force, which should not be able to happen. He then proceeded to create constructs that destroyed the Guardians(one Guardian alone would be able to EASILY smash Superman.) Oh, and the Guardians are the ONES who created the Green Lantern rings as well as the Green Lantern corp. TBWL was considered greater than all of his dark knight peers. Also not to mention, TBWL went to all of the other dark universes and gathered the other dark knights up for Barbatos. Also, it should be pointed out that he pointed Lex Luthor in the right direction to finding Perpetua,the first creator of the Multiverse, while being held hostage by Lex Luthor... willingly; which shows how much BMWL has studied to gain vast knowledge of the multiverse, such as knowing about an ancient Super Celestial. Also, not that it means much, but Rob from Comics Explained(He has read so many more comics than myself) say that TBWL may be above his "Omega" level threat. Not to mention that the Batman Who Laughs is awesome af. However, this Batman is from the Dark Multiverse so I think he has a weakness to Nth metal. That would be the only way I see Iron Man standing any chance.
