Did he make a small hole with a direct impact as result? Yes, but nothing compared to damage Boros did with mere shockwave to it, a shockwave that is far below actual impact itself which caused it.
- saitama’s size had a lot to do with that, the location of impact is where most of the energy was released it didn’t disperse like it did on the moon and there are several plot reasons and scientific explanations for that but I don’t wanna turn this into a lecture and still this is above anything boros has done to it with brute force alone, that scan literally shows boros expelling waves of energy from his body while attacking saitama those clearly aren’t shockwaves, shockwaves don’t melt things like that and you can cleary see the after effect of those attacks leaving behind bright orange molten metal, Boros even explains his powers and says he propels himself by releasing his energy becoming and unstoppable force, so no those aren’t shockwaves just Boros passively releasing his energy as he fights
As for "nearly brought it down"? You do realize how stupid that argument is right? This ship does not have that big mass, moving it is not that impressive, like Suiryu moved Saitama himself, for instance, that is not point, point is how durable it is, and actual damage he did to it with direct impact is nothing compared to what Boros did to it as a mere side effect.

Meteors do damage they do based on kinetic energy they have, mass, and velocity are elements of it, point of this was to show why air resistance does not take any meaningful amount of energy meteors have, so there is no way it could do the same here either, as for meteor size of Saitama, that would depend on speed it had, if it moved at 99,99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of SoL, which is still relativistic it would destroy the star. But that is not the point, point is to show why air resistance does not take any meaningful energy from even mountain level meteors, so it has no chance to do the same from something that has high multi-continental KE, as Saitama had here.

-Boros releases energy when he fights especially in meteoric bursts to a much greater degree, he explains that himself and shockwaves look nothing like that attack and they surely aren’t pink your just reaching now, they fundamentally don’t behave like shockwaves in any shape or form and yes shockwaves can vape things but not melt them leaving behind molten lava looking metal
And your "only way you could scale anyone above moon jump is if it took zero damage" point is just nonsensical, you do realize that damage some material surfers is proportional to energy it is hit with? More energy causes more damage to it, a shockwave of Boros punch doing far more damage to Ship than the direct impact from Moon Jump is what allows us to scale here lol.
That’s not how that works in fiction where AP exists and a manga that has to write in a certain way not over complicate the plot and illustration its’s a case by thing that depends on the narrative and consistency with other feats/scaling but in this case Boros scaling above moon jump just doesn’t make a lick of sense

Explosions were caused by her TK, by force it had, it was not city level lol, it had her TK behind it, these are not bombs, these are thousands ton gigantic steel pieces projected at extreme speed, like with meteors, their KE is what causes explosion, not explosives inside them, and when instead of what fires them, Tats does that, with her TK behind it, they are much stronger and that did not do anything much to ship at all.
