Madara with Naruto and Sasukes support is enough to take down Isshiki with high difficulty. Madara can soak up any attack Isshiki does, regenerate, and dish out many different tricks to land blows on Isshiki with Narutos help. Baryon Mode Naruto can go in for the kill.

Naruto isn't needed for that. Limbo+Light Fang Kills isshiki before he even knows that hit him.

Isshiki does not even have an on panel feats to suggest that his Sukunahikona could even shrink Madara's or Naruto's Truth Seeking Ball since the TSB posses the Yin Yang release chakra nature transformation that nullifies all ninjutsu.
Any physical attacks of Isshiki (like black cubes or chakra rod) could be easily neutralized by Madara's Limbo while the chakra made ones could be easily absorbed by his Rinnegan.
We're not sure if his Kama seal will even work against Madara since Kaguya is already inside of him.
Unless Kishimoto reveal new feats that Isshiki posses, at the current chapter of Boruto now, Isshiki have no counter against Madara's Limbo, TSB and his Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Kurama is fodder to Madara who possess something far Beyond Kurama. Hagoromo was Scared of Madara's power anyway.
Isshiki's Kick didn't even Break Kojin Arm...Kojin Forced this weakened Isshiki to resort to using his best attack.
