OT:BYM's hax will not work on Luffy. Naruto was also holding back during his fight with Isshiki so it's unknown how strong he is with restrictions. His main fighting being Taijutsu is also a detriment against someone like Luffy. Can he even use jutsu here??Well even if he could, it all gets bounced back. All in all BYM does not add much for naruto.

Luffy on the other hand is ridiculous. The powerup does way more for him. Every stat gets an increase and Naruto will definitely be caught off guard by Luffy's fighting style
