Zoom easily has this one...

Zoom can manipulate time can't he, i don't Inertia can. So by that i will have to go for Zoom

Yeah i thought Zoom sort of more too, but Inertia is really fast, like Bart Speed so i think he is faster and may have an advantage on the Fight.

yes i finally got in, about 20 minutes after you gave me the number. Also i've got JLA 17, but haven't red it yet.

Only with the Treadmill thing he stole off Flash and i think Wally broke it or something. Not sure though.

No.

Zoom is much faster than Wally. He's faster than Wally when he's stolen Bart, Jay, and Jessie's speed.

Inertia can keep up with just Bart as Kid Flash.

And one year and ten months later, a lot of things have changed eh? :P
 
Though I still Zoom wins in an all out battle.
