The Queen might get her hand bit off or a couple bite marks but her razor tail and/or mostly the acid blood will be too much for iRex.

Indominus takes a bite out of her before his face melts off.

It will be a bloody fight, and you know what that means for Indominus.

Queen just let's Rex bite her and Rex dies from acid.
