Naruto has lots of stuff pointing at FTL, but Saitama isn't evil and scales above every single individual we've seen so far which makes him fast enough we should stop caring about his speed in particular

And Ichigo's speed and everything is awfully iffy and depends on annoying things.

No reason why Saitama can't just blitz at this point if he wants to.

Ichigo for sure by feats, honestly all of them probably could somewhat.

Bleach is the only verse with consistent speed feats, so just Ichigo.

He scales with Garou which in a previous weaker form was faster than Flashy Flash and Platinum Sperm which puts him at a few times FTL, so he should be faster than Luffy and Naruto

You don't need LS/FTL to react to LS/FTL. Things like future sight, almighty, precog, all provide massive boosts to someones ability to react.

But you have people from both naruto and bleach that are arguably lightspeed already, without those abilities.

as far as one piece goes, it's been shown that even with future-sight you can't dodge shit if it's too fast

as far as bleach and naruto go, they're too severely outstated for any shit to matter. Just cause you see an attack coming doesn't mean you're fast enough to dodge it.

Base Chakraless Naruto is so far below Peak Naruto in terms of speed that the difference is many times larger then the gap between Saitama and Platnium Sperm in terms of speed
