well he can turn into things and duplicate certain abilities not sure to what extent.. once he turned into galactus and ate some one but not sure how much power he was actually at, but i think it wasnt close to the big G..

gotta go with Parallax here.

Who says Impossible Man cant generate high level Cosmic Attacks... maybe he could turn into Korvac or Abraxas and battle Parallax ?

im really not sure of  that , which is  why i am giving it to parallax... also i remember an old issue where IM was chased by an armada and relied on SS to protect him...

so unless you have a scan showing his full power i have stick with parallax.

I think that there are limits to the Impossible Man's powers. Although he can duplicate almost any beings shape, he does not always duplicate their full powers.
Therefore based on this, I am voting Parallax to win.

He could be... if his Shape Shifting abilities permit him to use the selected characters power to a high extent...

Creator posted right when I did... and if IM could use simply a fraction of Living Tribunal's power maybe that could be enough to put up a fight...

its a big assumption king saturn he draws energy and mass from another reality as well as molecular control of existing matter   but just cause he has infinite energy storage does not mean he can wield it or apply it..

these last two battles have bn extremely one sided.. i though i was the only one who did that to point out all the favorite heroes/villians flaws

I seriously doubt that, that LT would let anyone use him or even a fraction of his powers!

Impossible Man can't control his color so I don't think he'll be able to control a cosmic abstract's power.

Impossible Man is basically a Reality Warper... to some extent... his powers sort of remind me of a Looney Tunes Character...
