Zarathos should take this without too much trouble. Can't see Hulk getting past GR's virtual immortality and Penance stare would end the fight pretty quick.

I'm pretty sure that even if Zarathos was in control, he couldn't kill Hulk permanently due to the fact Toba won't allow it who's magnitudes more powerful.
