I love this fight.

That being said I don't know how Imhotep would win without his powers

@assemblesquad:

Imhotep can't die. We don't actually know what would happen if his body was completely vaporized, but the movie made it clear that he could only be killed by using magic to take away his immortality.

Don't think of it as a healing factor. His body just puts itself back together every time it takes damage, but no amount of damage will actually stop his body from reassembling.

Either Imhotep or a stalemate.

Stalemate. I don't see how they have the methods to put each other down permanently in this scenario.

@johnnyz256:

Reality warper can presumably change reality to remove the curse that keeps him immortal. Or make it so he never existed in the first place.

But if they just exploded him he'd reform. You need to break the curse or use magic to remove his immortality before he can be killed.

@metaljimmor: I'm not sure if you're familiar with Star Trek's Q, but what if Q (or someone on his power level) said, "Vanish, Imhotep, and do not return" ?

Could he return from being vanished by Q? I guess it depends whether the curse is stronger than the power of the Q, which seems unlikely.

@johnnyz256:

Well, like I said a reality warper like Q can just make it so the curse is inert or decide that magic isn't real after all. Reality warping pretty much trumps every other power because it is the ability to decide what is and isn't real.
