Base Ikaros is more than enough to handle Saitama.

Not to mention with anime feats Saitama can't get past her shield or trap him in one. It's strong enough to withstand the collapse of time and space itself.

Not to mention she matched Chaos who had the power to destroy a dimension with star and destroy Earth.

Ikaros was taking hits from someone using all of space and time at once holding back when she could have easily overpowered her.
