Let's say Thanos was frozen in time somehow. Thor has all the time in the world to whale on Thanos. He begins hitting him tirelessly and relentlessly. How long would it take for Thor to knock Thanos out?
No shield?
Over 20 shots
With a shield, probably over 50
If we take Thor's high end feats into consideration, only one.
If we go by consistency no more then a dozen.

@bullpr: This.
Depends on the story actually. Thanos is something portrayed simply too powerful for Thor to hurt while other times Thor seem to be able to go toe to toe with Thanos normally in a losing battle.
As these are fictional character a lot would depending on the writer dictating the story.

I think I finally found someone who has some common sense, this is amazing.
@madripoor: thank you ^_^
After what I saw Thor put down on Thanos during the Infinity Arc I'd say somewhere between 50 and 100 his feats are largely exaggerated and garbage IMHO.
With force fields active it would take him hours, without force fields 10 nice all out blows from mjolnir to the face could do the work.
@darkraiden: I agree to an extent

20 or more if standard versions (I'm assuming that this is with Mjolnir, without it he wouldn't even scratch Thanos)
If Starlin is writing, there's no number of hits enough to put Thanos down.
At least 1 god blast. If we're not counting godblasts, then at least 20 or maybe a couple all out hits.

Are you talking about the version of Thor above....or some other version.
Just so I'm perfectly clear?
Because the guy above ain't one shottin' Thanos.
I'd take a long time due to Thanos healing factor unless thats frozen as well but considering Odin couldn't knock Thanos out either so i can't see Thor doing it as he'd probably get bored & leave.
@blackstaroblivion: What part of high end feats are you not getting.
For Thor to even beat Thanos he had to have ridiculously enchanted armor, where each piece had an augmentation to Thor's own power and IIRC he still barely won.
If Thanos can Tank Odin's energy blasts w/Gugnir then it takes a lot more then a dozen shots to KO Thanos. Has Thanos ever even been K.O'd before? I can't recall any arcs where it's happened.
@thecrewcabanger: Thanos has been KO'd before.
As for the OP. Not very long.
@mee09: when?
@those_eyes: Lmfao
1 perfect hit will do
@blackstaroblivion: What part of high end feats are you not getting.
I chuckled at this but both of these are right

Reaverlation, at almost 19 thousand posts you have all of what? Four scans to support your ridiculous claims in debates and you're smack talking?
You are the LAST person that should be talking smack....to anyone.
Averageknowledge....your lack of basic reading comprehensions skills....continues to mystify most normal people.
Which version of Thor?
@blackstaroblivion: Again, what part of high end feats are you not getting?
But watch out folks, i lack the reading comprehension here.

You do lack reading comprehension skills. I'm convinced of that now.
I'm not asking about high end feats.
I'm asking....is it the version of Thor above as pictured? RKT? Odin force Thor? Thor from the Reigning? Unworthy Thor?
What are you not getting here?
Good grief. This very simple question has obviously stumped you.
I'll ask the OP.
@ninjawarrior268: ???
@blackstaroblivion: Considering you are the only one getting confused which version of Thor this is i am still rolling at the irony.
Look let me walk you through it, the picture of Thor is from the Infinity event, do you remember which Thor attacked Thanos there?
