Asta is faster but Ichigo is way to durable to be hurt so probably stalemate or Ichigo if he's lucky.

Even if Asta is that fast, Ichigo has way too high durability, attack potency and aoe in his strongest form. While Asta most likely cant damage him, Ichigo needs to hit him once and Asta is dead. Maybe a stalemate if Asta realizes in time he is screwed if he takes a hit and just dips away.

Asta still lacks the fire power to put down someone like Ichigo, soo Ichigo for now.
