ichigo has been fighting seriously for less than 1 year and about several battles, and beerus has been trainining and fighting for who knows how many thousands of years and even from a master like whis, this is no different than giving a sword to a child and expect him to beat a master level swordsman

Ichigo became like an 8th dimensional being while Beerus is still 3-Dimensional.

ichigo has no hax and gets erased with hakai, with stats equal, guys like shunsui or urahara would beat beerus.

Is this IC or not ?

I coud see Ichigo win if he goes for the head , while beerus arrogantly stands there since he sees Ichigo as a human.

In IC , ichigo is more likely to attack and go for the head , while beerus , as usually woudnt see him as a threat since he dont really acknowledge anyone.

In Out of character or Bloodlusted , Beerus likely win via hakai , unless Ichigo pulls of a sgt or some ranged attack.

Tho , what is the starting distance ?

Seriously it doesn't help Ichigo whos power set is getsuga tenshou only. Beerus has ui (although it's horrible) and way more combat experience. He beats his ass regardless.
