Tatsumaki is stronger but Ichibei out haxes her. Whoever lands the first move wins. Tatsumaki is faster, so as long as she can see Ichibei she should win.

Tatsumaki's weakness are people that possess strong will and ghost(spirits).

She turns him into paste effortlessly he only strong in his verse because he can change the name of things and all of their powers are activated vis learning the name of their zanpakto

@yhwachez: his powers aren't limited to just people's zanpakuto's, he can literally control the concept of people's names and the black on them.

Ichibei has a chance of winning given Tatsumaki's arrogance, but in most cases I see her shredding him.

And his name removal doesn't seem to make someone literally powerless. Doesn't seem to stop ability use either imo.

She should still be able to liquefy him.

@manimalman: yhwach had resistance to conceptual manipulation before even opening his eyes. Whenever he had his name half removed by ichibei brush he was able to restore that half of his name with ease. So he shouldn't really be a mark for what tats can do when she gets conceptually erased since she has no such resistances

In a fight in character Ichibe wins, as Tatsumaki won't take him seriously at first. Now, if the fight is bloodlust or Tatsumaki has prior knowledge of Ichibe, she stomps. Ichibe doesn't have enough physical feats to not believe that Tatsumaki no will make him a smear of blood and guts.
